What does Season 5 have in store for you?
This is almost the end of the Season 5 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. The rules are going to change in a big way as of late. Call of Duty 2023 has new maps, Operators, guns, and more. What’s next for the popular shooter game will be shown very soon. In Season 5, many new things are added to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. New game types and guns are being added to switch up the groups and how the games are played. As part of an event called “Celebration of Hip Hop,” some well-known stars are also being added. Warzone 2’s primary battle royale mode has also changed in several ways.
Here are the release dates for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, along with details about what’s new. We’ll likely learn more about changes and patch notes once the season starts. As soon as we do, we’ll add it here.
WHEN DOES SEASON 5 OF WARZONE 2 AND MODERN WARFARE 2 COME OUT?
Season 5 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 will begin at 9 a.m. on August 2, 2023. PT. There will be a primary computer outage right before this time, so you may install an update allowing you to play the following season.
WHAT NEW FEATURES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MODERN WARFARE 2 AND WARZONE 2’S FIFTH SEASON?
- The new features are simultaneously coming to both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 in Season 5. We’ve broken them up below. Modern Warfare 2 is getting the following updates:
- You can play with other people on ORC – Zone 1 (6v6), Strike (6v6), Punta Mar (6v6), Lounge (Gunfight), and Canal (Gunfight).
- Gunfight, Havoc, and Big Capture the Flag are different game types.
- What’s going on: During the season, there was a Fleet Showdown from August 4th to August 16th, a Vehicle Challenge Event, and a Camo Challenge Event.
- You now have the FR Advancer (AR) and the Carrack. There is the 300 (SN), the M13C (AR), a new gun, and the New SMG Battle Pass. The Black Cell Shadow Company skins can be upgraded. There will be a Hip Hop 50th Anniversary Party with Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj, and 21 Savage and daily login rewards.
- Oz, Graves, Mila, Velikan, and Mace are the new stars.
- Now let’s look at what Warzone 2 Season 5 has to offer:
- There are three kinds of games: Champion’s Quest, Dirt Bike, and MRAP.
- Fort Resurgence and Armored Royale are two types of games. The Call of Duty 2023 Reveal Event is an event.
- You can find Battle Revive, Scuba O2 Mask, Revive Box, New Missions, and Urgents in the DMZ.
- You now have the FR Advancer (AR) and the Carrack. The 300 (SN), the M13C (AR), a new pistol, and skins with Shadow Company themes are now in the SMG Battle Pass. Blackwell has also been made better. Hip-hop has been around for fifty years, and artists like Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj, and 21 Savage are happy about it.

WHEN WILL CALL OF DUTY 2023 BE SHOWN OFF?
Without question, the most crucial piece of news for Season 5 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is the Call of Duty 2023 events. This event will only happen “In-Season” for now. The blog post about Season 5 has this to say about the event:
