It can print 15 pages per minute at its fastest, which is slower than some of its competitors. However, the picture quality is excellent, essential when making stickers.

The Canon Pro model was first released in 2012. It’s designed to print beautiful pictures. It uses eight dye-based inks that make the images look like a pro’s work. But there are two paper trays: one for picture paper and one for regular paper. The best thing about it is that it can print on CD and DVD labels, which, while a bit outdated, should work fine for your stickers.
The PRO-100S can print over Wi-Fi and USB. If you have a PIXMA Cloud Link, you can print photos directly from Facebook, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
Since the Pro-100S is a high-end printer, it is designed to produce high-quality work slowly. Still, it should be able to print many stickers if it can make a broad 6″ x 4″ picture in 34 seconds.
The only real problem with this printer is that it costs a lot for such good-quality prints. Even so, it might be a good buy if you like to print pictures and stickers.

The HP Officejet Pro 8034e might be a good pick if you like to keep things simple. This low-cost printer can print up to 20 black-and-white pages per minute, which is fast.
You can also join HP’s “Instant Ink” service. When it’s time to buy more refills, the printer will tell HP, saving you time and money.. The price covers shipping and getting rid of old cartridges.
If you buy directly from HP, you get a six-month subscription to Instant Ink. For some reason, the Amazon item says this is a one-year subscription, so you should check with the store before you buy.
You can also scan and print your stickers from anywhere with the HP+ Smart App. It also has “self-healing” Wi-Fi, which fixes connection issues independently, so the user doesn’t have to do anything.. You can also use a USB or Ethernet cable to connect straight to the 8034e if you’d rather not worry about it.
You can still put in refills yourself, even though Instant Ink is helpful. However, HP says its printers only work with cartridges, not third-party ones. It will also try to stop cartridges that use chips or circuits it doesn’t make.

REASONS TO AVOID | – Vendor lock-in on cartridges |
The Brother MFC-J6955DW is an excellent choice if you want to make a lot of stickers.
The Brother “INKVestment Tank” is a regular ink cylinder that can be loaded into a tank, like Epson’s EcoTank. Our review of the sticker printer said that these extra-large cartridges connect ink bottles to cartridges.
This Brother printer has enough ink to last a year, allowing you to print less than 3,000 black-and-white and 1,500 color pages. Brother’s XL cartridges, which print up to five times as many pages, can achieve even better writing results.
The print speeds we saw were about the same as Brother said they would be, at about 30 pages per minute. The two paper trays and ADF (auto document reader) make this speed much faster. However, Things weren’t quite as bright as they could have been when they were printed on picture paper.
This printer works only for you if your home or office is significant. With a weight of 52 pounds (24 kg), it likely takes two people to set it up and move it if needed.
BEST FOR LARGE FORMATS
5. Epson SureColor P900 17-Inch
For a price, the best print quality you can get.
SPECIFICATIONS | Category: 4-in-1Type: InkjetPrint speed: 30ppm (mono)Paper capacity: 500 + 100 sheetsPaper size: Up to A3 |
TODAY’S BEST DEALS | |
REASONS TO BUY | +Twin paper trays plus an ADF+High yield cartridges available+Full A3 capability+Fast duplex printing |
REASONS TO AVOID | -Slower than some lasers, less economical than an ink tank-Not great with photos |
The P900 is made the same way as the P700 and P800 for artists who work with pictures. This is very clear because you can print on pages up to 17 inches (43.18 cm) wide.
Epson’s website says it can print on various types of paper. One difference is that it can’t print directly on CD/DVD labels like the P700 can. This shouldn’t matter, though, if you’re serious about making and selling good stickers.
The P900 differs from most printers because it has ten color cartridges instead of the standard 4. It is called “10-color archival pigment ink with an expanded color gamut” by Epson.
“Unique” means that it has a printer with several needles, and each can make three different sizes of ink drops. It has more photo channels and dark black ink that can improve the picture even more.
Of course, having ten refills that can be used for different amounts of time means that the printer moves more slowly. Bigger pictures can take up to two minutes to print all the way through, but it will be faster to print stickers.
The only real question now is whether you can afford to pay such a high price for stickers with such good print quality.
BEST PRINTER FOR STICKERS: FAQS
Which sticker makers are the best?
There are a few main things you should think about when choosing the best sticker printer:
Laser vs. inkjet
One of the most important things you can do is pick this. Inkjet printers are cheaper to buy at first, but if you make a lot of stickers, the ink can cost a lot. Laser printers are sometimes more expensive, but their pictures usually look better.
Array of cartridges
Taking pictures
Check the printer to see if it can print pictures. This will help you make good stickers. If it can, it probably has a high DPI.
Even though the introductory 4-color CMYK cartridges work well, the best printers might need extra cartridges to make the best pictures. Also, watch how you add more ink. Because of this, you need to put ink bottles into more than one Epson EcoTank tank.
Simple to load
If you need to make a lot of stickers at once, an auto-document feeder speeds things up. To fit different types of paper, like vinyl sticker paper, your printer should also be able to handle more than one width.
Plan your budget
If you don’t mind the price, they can make stickers for you in every color of the rainbow and with a lot of detail. Most people should be more intelligent, but remember that the more you pay for the printer upfront, the less you’ll spend on ink over time. Find out how much ink costs if you want to make a lot of stickers. A cheap printer may not be worth the cash.
Can any printer make stickers?
Almost any printer on the market today should be able to make stickers. If you have a regular 4-color inkjet printer, the picture might need to be more evident than if you used one with more refills. Also, images printed with laser printers tend to be more apparent.
How much does it cost to make stickers?
You will have to pay for ink if you want to make a lot of stickers. You should make a few stickers first to ensure you like the style and quality of the pictures before making many of them. You can also get lower ink prices from many brands, like Epson and Brother.
Where do I get stickers that aren’t printed on?
Avery and Amazon, two well-known online stores, sell a wide range of blank labels that can be printed on. Before you buy, call the printer’s maker to see if the paper you want to use will work with it.
What is the best printer for stickers?
This guide doesn’t discuss any printers made especially for printing on stickers, but all of them are great for the job because they are professional photo printers.
Some, like the Epson SureColor P900, work best for making a few high-quality stickers at a time. Use a printer like the Brother MFC-J6955DW, made for mass production, to make stickers for everyone in your class. This could save you time and money.
It doesn’t matter what kind of printer you pick; the results will depend on what your printer can do, the picture you choose, and the type of paper you want to print on. When you first try to print something, check the printer’s program settings to see if there’s a mode just for printing stickers or labels. This will make the job work better. Also, try out different kinds of blank label paper or pictures.
How do we check which sticker makers are the best?
We’ve tried many different printers at home, work, and garage. This list includes the best printers for small businesses, all-in-one printers, and sticker printers.
When we test for any job, we look at many things, not just the best sticker printers. These include how fast the printer prints, how good the prints are, and how much the printer and ink refills cost.
We time the speeds in single-sheet and duplex modes to compare and examine them in great detail. For this test, we use a ten-page paper and an app to track time to ensure it’s correct.
We all put the same test papers on them to see how well they work. You can change the word size and color to find pictures and writing in this file. We also make sure that patterns are clear and have the right colors.
Finally, we calculate its operating costs and examine how the interface, design, and build compare to other goods in the same group and for the same purpose.
